1. सेवाओं का स्वरूप (Nature of Services)

We provide online paediatric and neonatology consultation through telecommunication tools. This does not replace physical examination when required.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• Advice provided is based on information shared by the patient/guardian.

• In case of emergency, please visit the nearest hospital immediately.

• We are not responsible for outcomes due to incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Eligibility

• Services are to be used by parents/guardians above 18 years of age.

4. Appointment & Payment

• Consultation will be scheduled only after successful payment.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers like Razorpay.

• Consultation fees are subject to change.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• No refund once consultation has started.

• Rescheduling allowed if informed at least [1 hours] before appointment.

6. Prescription Policy

• Valid digital prescriptions will be provided as per applicable Indian telemedicine guidelines.

• Certain medications may not be prescribed online.

7. Limitation of Liability

 We are not liable for:

• Misinterpretation of medical advice

• Delay due to technical issues

• Emergency situations

8. Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
